About Creekside Pet Center

Hi, my name is Jacob Brummet and with my wife Amanda, we have been working to build Creekside Pet Center.

This is a dream come true for us. To be able to design, build, and run our own business and every day be fortunate enough to have a life filled with animals has always been something we wanted.

We have had plenty of animal experience. Graduating with animal science degrees and living all over the country taking care of animals, we met in California working on a wild horse sanctuary. Amanda has been a summer keeper for the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo taking care of the big cats and bears, as well as worked as a vet tech for Silverado Veterinary Hospital in California. I trained elephants for Grant’s Farm, here in Missouri and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in California. Both of us grew up with animals, and now we have a little zoo of our own.

Our goal is to provide Mid Missouri with the perfect pet facility so that everyone can feel comfortable leaving their pets with us.

We designed a building that would be our pets’ home away from home. Except the chickens of course!
