Cancellation Policy

At the time of reserving your room, a credit card will be put on file. If you do not arrive or do not cancel your reservation within 5 business days of your reservation, your credit card will be charged $35.00.

Vaccination Requirements

All shots must be current. Receipts of vaccination records/dates must be presented at check-in.

All pets must have received inoculations at least 7 days prior to boarding, so they are fully effective. Vaccinations are mandatory and no pet(s) will be accepted without proof of vaccination.

We ask that you bring a copy of your pet’s vaccination records and expiration dates that we can keep on file. Please be prepared to leave the records with us for future reservations.

Vaccination Requirements for Dogs

• Rabies
• Distemper (DHLPP)
• Bordetella (Kennel cough) preferably every 6 months

Vaccination Requirements for Cats

• Rabies
• Distemper (FVRCP)
• Feline Leukemia – only for cats who go outside
• Negative FeLV/FIV (Feline Leukemia/AIDS) Combo Test
